Offsetting specialist Intelligent Finance announces 200 new jobs following strong growth in business levels

Scotland-based offset mortgage specialist Intelligent Finance is to create 200 new jobs following strong growth in business. Part of the Halifax Bank of Scotland group, the bank now supplies 10% of all new mortgages in the UK despite only launching 3 years ago.
Although offset mortgages remain at the core of its product range, IF is now starting to expand its activities into traditional and fixed rate mortgages.
Offset mortgages have become increasingly popular in recent years, following the lead of pioneer The One Account.
