New range of fixed rate mortgages from C&G

Cheltenham & Gloucester have launched a new range of mortgages, including a number of competitive fixed-rate deals.
They are now offering a fixed-rate mortgage over two years with a rate of 4.45%, a 3 year fixed rate of 4.69%, or 4.79% fixed for five years.
Also new in their range is a fee-free remortgage package fixed at 4.95% for two years.
All four products feature up to 90% LTV - that is, up to 90% of the property's value can be borrowed.
The range is available through brnaches of C&G and Lloyds TSB, and also through IFAs and other intermediaries.
