Figures show number of surveyors reporting falling prices increasing

The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) has said that the number of surveyors reporting falling property prices is at the highest level for 12 years.
Figures also showed that the number of enquiries from new buyers had fallen of late.
The number of completed sales in May was down 29% compared to the same month last year, and RICS said that early signs of rising interest from buyers at the start of the year had 'petered out' agains the current background of a sluggish economy.
