Esure Gives Extra Cover to New Mums and Dads

Discount insurance company Esure has announced that it is to automatically increase home contents cover by 10% for new mums and dads.
The extra cover will be effective for four weeks before and after the baby's due date, and is in recognition of the greater than usual number of valuables people have in their homes around that time - baby gifts, new prams, a cot, etc.
Esure's home insurance head, Nikki Sellers, says the extra cover is to give new parents a bit of 'breathing space' before having to decide if their current level of cover is adequate.
