The LSE or London Stock Exchange is one of the world's leadingmarkets for trading in equity (stocks / shares), derivatives, and bonds.

It consists of two markets, the Main Market (a full market) and AIM (a junior market).

It's history can be traced back to trading conducted in coffee houses of 17th century London.
