Identity Fraud

Identity Fraud is a growing problem. It is the process where a fraudster 'steals' your credit identity in order to obtain goods or financial services for themselves under your name, often by applying for credit using your personal details obtained by unethical means.

If you're the victim of identity fraud, you will probably find that your chances of obtaining credit in the future are seriously harmed, unless you have the relevant entries in your credit file removed.
