Baby Bonds
The term Baby Bonds is simply a common way of referring to the Child Trust Fund program, set up by the government to encourage savings and investment on behalf of children.
Under the program, parents of children born since September 2002 will receive a voucher worth at least £250 to invest in a special CTF account which will mature when the child reaches 18.
