NUS 'Extra' Discount Card Launched
A new discount card for students is launched next month

The National Union of Students (NUS) have announced a new student discount card which will be available from the start of the academic year next month.
Costing £10 and available from local student union branches, the card will give carriers access to discounts from nearly 40 businesses in many sectors, both online and on the high street. For each card bought, £4 will also be channelled back to local unions.
The card will also give free and automatic membership of the International Student Identity Card, which normally costs £7.
Businesses partnering with the card include PC World, Apple, Amazon, Specsavers, Dorothy Perkins and Lonely Planet.
