Citizens Advice report unveils hidden costs of 'No Win No Fee' deals

The Guardian today features a story on the 'No Win No Fee' personal injury claims industry, following publication of a report by the Citizens Advice Bureaux that heavily criticizes the tactics used.
The charity says that the industry is 'failing' claimants, with some shocking cases of unscrupulous companies taking most of a victim's compensation in fees, and an emphasis on volume of cases rather than individual needs.
