Gas and electricity supplier Powergen is to raise prices again in July, blaming rising oil prices

Electricity and gas bills from supplier Powergen are to rise in July, the second such rise this year.
Business customers could find themselves having to shell out up to 5% more, while residential accounts are expected to pay an average of 3.1% extra.
Other utility providers are expected to follow suit, with the industry blaming the unprecedented worldwide level of oil prices.
