Some credit card companies offer cards specifically aimed at students. While these cards can be handy to have, they often feature higher interest rates, lower credit limits, and less features than a standard credit card.
They do sometimes offer cashback or similar features that may be attractive, but there are cheaper forms of student finance out there.
