Store Cards

Store cards have gained a pretty bad reputation in recent years for having extremely high interest rates.

While they are certainly a poor way to borrow money, many of them offer benefits for cardholders such as discounts or special offers.

If you're a loyal customer of a particular retail outlet, and their store card has some good benefits, then it may be worth taking one out - so long as you repay your balance every month and don't get hit by the monster interest rates!
