RBS Classic card
The RBS Classic is the Royal Bank of Scotland's entry-level card, featuring a fairly uninspiring standard rate of 15.9% typical APR (variable).
The balance transfer and purchase deals are rather better though, with both featuring 0% for 13 months.
There's no balance transfer fee so long as you have a current account with RBS, and there's no annual fee whether or not you bank with them.
Gold and platinum versions of the card are also available, with extra benefits such as free purchase protection insurance, travel accident insurance, and a free travel helpline for advice on visas etc and assistance when overseas.
