Barclaycard Boss Says 'Card Too Expensive'

Barclays Chief Executive does a Ratner and labels own cards 'too expensive'

The Chief Executive of Barclays has candidly admitted that his own company's credit card, Barclaycard, is too expensive. Matt Barrett's comments were made while giving evidence to the Treasury Select Committee.

Mr Barrett further said that he'd advised his four children to avoid using credit cards in general altogether.
