Amex Travellers Cheque Card
The new Travellers Cheque Card from American Express is an innovative new way to take money abroad, combining the security of travellers cheques with the convenience of plastic.
Before travelling, instead of buying travellers cheques you 'load' your card with as much funds as you think you'll need, either online or by telephone.
You can then use the card like any normal Amercian Express card in millions of locations worldwide.
And, if your card is lost or stolen, you won't lose out - the balance will be refunded to you, normally within 24 hours of reporting the loss.
You can get up to 4 cards for family and friends to carry money safely, and any cash left on your card at the end of your trip can be saved until your next journey.
