Following research that shows that most small business owners spend too much time on administration and finance, leaving too little time for business developmen and marketing, Barclays has released a free guide, Make The Most Of Running Your Business, which gives advice aimed at the time-pressured small business owner.
Topics covered include bookkeeping, managing cashflow, and dealing successfully with suppliers and debtors.
