Business Banking

Banking is vital for small to medium businesses, and the range of options is becoming a lot more varied.

Where once banks used to charge businesses for such simple actions as using a chequebook, increasing competition means that many business accounts are now basically free to operate, within limits.

As an added bonus, most banks will also offer business development advice if needed, which might be attractive to those starting out in business for the first time.

Most banks will offer both current accounts and deposit accounts, and while interest rates on the latter will not usually be as attractive as in personal banking, they make a convenient way to earn off surplus funds in your business.
